Now, some people might think manifesting is just some “woo-woo” stuff, but it’s actually a powerful way to set goals and make them happen.
At its core, manifestation is about picturing what you want in your life, believing you can make it real, and then taking action that aligns with those beliefs to reach your goals.
So, can you manifest anything you want just by believing in it? Well, kind of.
While belief is super important, there’s more to it than just thinking about what you want. Below, we’ve got 9 simple steps to help you manifest the life you’ve always dreamed of.

9 Steps to Manifest Anything You Want
Step 1: Get Clear on What You Want
First things first: figure out exactly what you want. Grab a pen and paper and write down everything you dream of. Be super specific—don’t just say, “I want a successful career.” Instead, write, “I want to earn six figures coaching five clients by the end of the year.” The more detailed you are, the better.
Step 2: Uncover Your Why
Once you know what you want, ask yourself why you want it. This helps you make sure you’re pursuing the right goals for the right reasons. Sometimes we want things because of outside pressure, but it’s important to discover what you truly desire. Ask yourself:
- Is this really what I want?
- How will I benefit from having this?
- Why do I want this?
- How do I feel when I think about having this?
Step 3: Ask For It
Now that you know what you want and why, it’s time to ask for it! There’s no one right way to do this. Some people pray, others meditate, write letters to the universe, or use vision boards. You can mix and match these methods, but the key is to ask—whether it’s out loud, written, or through your thoughts.
Repetition is powerful, so try saying your dreams out loud and writing them down regularly to boost your manifesting power.
Step 4: Trust & Believe
Putting your dreams out there is important, but belief is what makes manifestation work. Even when it’s tough, you have to trust the process.
